The National Coalition against
Censorship has issued a survey of
internet filters, which have been mandated in Federally funded
schools and libraries. The report discusses both over-blocking and
missed blocks. My favorite is the blocking of biographies of members
of the Commission on Online Child Protection who graduated magna cum
